Who I am actually looking for

I am not looking for years of experience. I am not looking for a sales certificate.

I am looking for someone who is not afraid to pick up the phone and call a stranger in another country and hold their attention.

You speak clear, confident English that reads easily to an American ear. Not perfect, not accentless, just clear enough that a busy business owner in the US never has to ask you to repeat yourself. You are not shy about reaching out. You do not wait for permission to try a new angle, a new message, a new way in.

You understand this job is about results, not effort for its own sake. You are comfortable with that, because you believe you can actually deliver.

You are happy using AI to help you get there. Drafting emails, researching a company before you reach out, even generating a quick video to send someone, all of that is fair game and genuinely welcomed here. What AI cannot do is have the actual conversation, build the actual relationship, or close the actual deal. That part is you.

This work is in the US market, which means the upside is real. Deals here are worth thousands of dollars, not the smaller numbers you would be chasing locally. This is not a call center job. It is closer to building your own small business inside ours, where what you put in directly decides what you get out.

What you will do

What you'd own.

  • Reach out to potential US clients by phone, email, text, and LinkedIn
  • Use AI tools to research prospects, draft outreach, and speed up the work, while you own every real conversation
  • Follow up relentlessly, since most deals are lost to silence, not rejection
  • Track your own pipeline and know exactly where every conversation stands
  • Represent this company the way you would want to be represented if you were the client

What we need

What has to be true about you.

  • Clear, confident spoken English an American client can follow without effort
  • Genuine comfort calling strangers and starting conversations with no warm introduction
  • A results first mindset. You care about what you actually closed, not how busy you looked
  • Comfort using AI tools for research, drafting, and outreach, without leaning on them to have the actual conversation for you
  • Bonus, not required. Experience with cold email, LinkedIn outreach, or any other outbound channel

What we will pass on.

  • Someone who needs a script read word for word with no ability to improvise
  • Someone uncomfortable with rejection, since it happens constantly in this work
  • Someone looking for a quiet, low pressure job
  • Someone who wants AI to replace the actual selling rather than support it

Where and when

On site, Peshawar.

On site at our office on Abdara Road, Peshawar. This is not a remote or freelance role.

Shift is 6pm to 2am Peshawar time, aligned with 9am to 5pm New York time, since this role works directly with US clients.
